• Quotation request form: full name, company/organisation, phone number, email, products of interest and any details you enter
• Member registration: username, email, full name, phone number, organisation name and type, address, and password (stored encrypted)
• Document downloads: a record of which member downloaded which catalogue or document, and when

Our website does not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools.

• To respond to your enquiry, provide quotations and advise on the products and services you are interested in
• To create and manage your member account, review and approve registrations, and grant access to document downloads
• To send account-related emails such as approval notices or password resets
• To improve our products, services and website based on customer interest

We will not send you marketing messages without your consent.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose it only in the following cases:

• To our staff and sales team who need it to contact and serve you
• To service providers that help operate the website, such as hosting and email delivery providers, who access data only as necessary
• When required by law or by order of a competent authority

We keep quotation request data for no longer than 2 years from your last contact, and member account data for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account we will erase or anonymise your data within 30 days, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

Our website uses browser storage only where necessary for it to function, namely to remember that a member is signed in. This data stays on your device and is removed when you sign out. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies; should we introduce them in the future we will ask for your consent first.

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Have inaccurate or outdated data corrected
• Request erasure, destruction or suspension of use of your data
• Object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
• Withdraw any consent you have given at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 8. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

Data is stored on servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. Member passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and regular backups are kept to prevent loss.
